I think I found out why it didn't dyno good

I pulled the pump and found this retainer bent and burnt up.




Then I pulled out the direct drum and found some other problems. Two or three burnt up clutches and bands.




And the bottom band was spinning in the direct drum and was burnt up. You can see it in the bottom of the drum on this pic





I have to send the DD assembly back so I'm will be MIA this weekend in Monroe

I won't say anything bad about them unless they don't fix it. I sent the DD back to them Thur. I'll give em a chance to do me right before I talk bad about them. It did only have 43 passes on it and around half of those were 1/8 mile passes

Dang, I keep reading from other people on other forums that 1/8 mile is easier on your equipment.
